For the 3rd installment in my "exposed" series, I bring you a look at the first fashion show shoot video I have done, the video in in conjunction with Studio Twenty Twenty.
Raffels Design Institute of Guangzhou, China, and PixelatedFrame have a been working on a cooperation for the fashion department and as part of our first venture, PixelatedFrame was the designated photographers and videoographers for their once a year prestigious student fashion show. The show is fun throughout China and features the best and most talented new comers in the fashion design world.

The 2nd installment in my "exposed" series brings you 55 Full Frames Of RAW footage from a test shoot I did with some amature models, the idea behind the shoot was a double cross by the female partner of a robbery from a jewellery store. Very Quick, hope you enjoy...

To start off the blog I have posted the first video in a series of short videos and slideshows that will be called “Exposed” the idea is to show a behind the scenes footage of what happens on my photo shoots, as well as unlocking some of those mysteries of how the final images are produced.

This is a spring fashion shoot I did recently for two local models, who wanted to spruce up there portfolio’s. I have included the bonus length video here, as we have actually made 2 types, for promotional use also. Well it’s finally done, the blog that is. My name is Rik Vallis, I am a photographer from England, who has been living and working in Guangzhou, China for the last 4-5 years.

I have decided to start a blog to share my experiences as a growing photographer in this hectic business, as well as sharing with you behind the scenes footage from photo shoots, raw images and post processed work in the “Exposed” series.

I would class myself as a normal down to earth guy, and I hope that in this way you can relate to me and know that you not alone in the difficulties we all go through striving as a Professional Photographer or a trying to break into the business.
